1. About Us
Calm Home Organizing ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Katerina Mendes da Silva, based in Luxembourg. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
We sell home organizing products (including dropshipped items and custom-made labels) and in-person organizing services. Product images are representative; slight variations in color or size may occur.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Shipping
Shipping times vary by product and supplier and typically range from 3 to 20 business days after dispatch. Custom label orders are processed and shipped separately, usually within 3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs once an order has shipped. Tracking, when available, will be provided by email.
5. Returns & Refunds
• Dropshipped/standard products: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Custom/personalized labels: Non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of printing error or defect on our part.
• In-person organizing sessions: See Section 6.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of an approved return.
6. In-Person Organizing Services
• Sessions must be booked and paid in advance via our website, unless agreed otherwise.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows on customer part, are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or items of significant sentimental/monetary value; clients are encouraged to secure or disclose such items before the session.
• Results depend on client participation and home layout; we do not guarantee a specific outcome.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, branding) is owned by Calm Home Organizing and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm Home Organizing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg / the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
