Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

• Standard/dropshipped products: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping.

• Custom label packs: Processed and shipped within 3 business days, since these are made to order.

• Bundles: Processing time follows the longest lead time of the items included.

2. Shipping Times

• Estimated delivery is 3-10 business days within Luxembourg/EU, and 5-20 business days for international orders, depending on the supplier and destination.

• These are estimates, not guarantees actual delivery may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand.

• If an order includes items from multiple suppliers, items may arrive separately, in multiple packages, at different times.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

• Some suppliers may not provide tracking for smaller/lighter items.

5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

6. Incorrect Address

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us via contact form and we'll investigate with the carrier/supplier before issuing a replacement or refund.
